About the Program

What is My Abilities First (MAF)?

My Abilities First (MAF) — 我的優勢第一 — is a strengths-based participation program aligned with the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF). It helps participants identify and share their abilities, interests, and participation goals across life domains.

The program is built around the ABID (我的優勢卡) strengths card system, developed by Prof. Liao Hua-Fang (廖華芳教授) and the Foundation of Children's Development (財團法人中華民國發展遲緩兒童基金會 / FCDD). ABID cards are a structured, person-centred tool for documenting individual strengths across ICF participation domains.

WSI/CES participates as a community implementation partner — supporting community-level participation evidence generation aligned with SDG-3, SDG-4, and SDG-10. We do not issue cards or provide clinical services.

WSI/CES Community Partner Statement

WSI/CES (白石智能 / 社區交換系統) participates in the MAF ICF Participation Program 2026 as a community implementation partner only. WSI/CES does not issue ABID cards, provide clinical assessment or therapy services, or hold a license to the ABID / 我的優勢卡 system. All ABID card creation and official services are provided exclusively by FCDD at the official platform above.

Pilot → Active remains blocked by R-4 external PDPA legal review. Gate 3 (matching and exchange) remains locked.
